Right of Withdrawal & Returns

Right to return

You may return goods received without giving reasons within two weeks by sending the goods back. The period starts at the earliest upon receipt of the goods and of this notice in text form.

For goods that cannot be shipped as a parcel (e.g. bulky items) you may also declare the return in text form (letter, fax, or email). Timely dispatch of the goods or of the return request meets the deadline. Returns are made at your cost and risk.

Important: goods made to your specification (not stock items) are excluded from return.

Consequences of return

In case of an effective return, performances received by both parties must be returned and any benefits obtained must be surrendered. If goods have deteriorated, compensation in value may be claimed — except where deterioration results solely from inspection equivalent to what would have been possible in a physical store.

Exclusions

The right of return does not apply to goods made to customer specification, clearly tailored to personal needs, or unsuitable for return due to their nature.

Warranty

Warranty follows statutory provisions. In case of defects we are entitled, at your choice, to deliver replacement or remedy the defect. If repair ultimately fails, you may demand return of the goods against refund or reduction of the price.

Retention of title

Delivered goods remain our unrestricted property until full payment.
